Monday Mind Teasers: Word Dynamo
Are you ready to flex your brains and have some fun?! That's right, the weekly Monday Mind Teasers are back! It's been so long since I've visited the always-helpful online Dictionary site that I don't even know how long they've had this wonderful Word Dynamo game. It's not a time consuming trivia game, and no, you don't need to log in or jump through any hoops; just choose your vocabulary level and put your word wits to the test! After ten multiple choice questions it will estimate how many tens of thousands of words you know, and then you can log in and keep playing to increase your pseudo score. Just when you think you're about to ace the first round of questions is when you're likely to meet that one word that has you guessing based on its etymology. How long can you go on the hardest level without making a single mistake? Share your high scores in the comments! Did you know?
