For example, instead of UAV at a 3 kill streak, make it a UAV at 300 points. That way you'd still get it after 3 kills (Kills are 100 points now, right? It's been a while since I've played a CoD game), but people helping the team by capturing objectives would also be able to work towards these rewards, even of it would take a bit longer.
also, add a FMG like RPG, imagine a rocket that could fuck through walls !! that would be so much fun and noob!!!!!!!!

Black Ops got killstreaks down fine. Just don't make them work like MW2 where killstreaks could gain other killstreaks and it's all good.
Acceptable option: TotalBiscuit's YouTube video for Homefront's multiplayer describes what could be a decent system. Doing well in a role (killing, spotting for others on your team to get kills, etc) will give you rewards related to that role. But there is a trade-off. When you start getting these rewards, you get marked on the opposing team's radar as a threat, and the opposing team gets a bonus for killing you. It also sounds like Homefront dials back the power of "killstreaks" a bit, particularly as vehicles are an entirely separate system. (You can spawn in a vehicle when you amass enough battle points, which are obtained from stuff like completing mission objectives or killing enemies that have been marked as a threat.)
I don't know that a dog tag/drop pick-up system would work. One problem is that it would kill snipers. I know people want snipers dead, but they are a valid gameplay mechanic. The system could be completely botched if anyone can pick up a drop. If only teammates can pick up a drop, then it might be okay (and snipers can even "support" teammates near the kill spot), but it could also lead to "teammates" ganking each other's drops.
make a maximum amount of time between kills and freeze the timer with a 5 second penalty when dying so people can continue the streak after they respawn. also give them a lot less impact no killstreaks that are most likely to kill an enemy by itself

I agree 100%. Maybe not "5 Kills in 10 seconds," but something to do with Time Limit. I could go for something like 5 kills, each within 15 seconds of each other.
That way, if you camp in a corner the whole time, you better hope people run through there really often.
Each death results in your health being raised by 5%.
