I'm getting sick of Mii's though they don't piss me of as much as the 360 avatars. Mii's were kinda cool at first, but I don't like seeing them in almost every First party Nintendo game. I don't like seeing them in Mario kart and such. I like the Mii's I have on my console that I made myself or get from the "check mii out channel". I don't like it when they add a bunch of generic Miis in the background though

Maybe use them for a picture on a profile, but don't people have better pictures for there profile then some cartoon version of themself?
Street pass is lame when it comes to the Mii transfer part, what do you do with them? Make a Mii parade? Why is that fun? lololol

While I'd like to see them advance a little, the simplicity of Miis allows for some pretty stunning likenesses. My 360 avatar may have some features vaguely similar to my own, but nobody has seen it and immediately recognized who it was supposed to be the way the do with any of the Miis on my console.

With xbox avatars, they seem more realistic and human, whereas Miis remind me of old school legos. Same body structure, different head. If they could make them more advanced--like giving them shirts and pants and shoes--then id gladly support Miyamoto's conquest

Miis, Youtube, Flipnotes and Little Big Planet - the copypasta is just a disease everywhere. I always pride myself in making avatars that look unique, to a point where I run into someone that just designed their character to look like Trunks that I die a little on the inside.

You don't get the crazy creation aspect of the Miis, that has spawned unholy avatars like Doctor Teeth and Robotnik, but at least you can make it look like you - which is the point of an avatar.

Crazy, Mii's are ridicules. Miyamoto needs to reevaluate what is best for the consumer "us" not himself, oh & how about a new IP once and a while Moto?!
I wouldn't mind the Miis if they were more customizable and you could give them cute accesories. I uess that's really fucking girlish of me, but gosh darn.. I'd dig it.
Oh please no. If you're going to make an avatar standard, make one design that's less childish. I still find it annoying that Microsoft felt the need to copy Nintendo on that.
Miis just aren't that great- if for no other reason than color choice. My sister has had pink-and-purple hair for at least 6 years now. She can duplicate that on IMVU, or on Gaia (if you don't know what those are, look 'em up) but when making a Mii she's stuck with a few choices of brown, brunette, or blonde.
The Mii are indeed simple, but I'd appreciate it if they had more customizations such as pants, shirts, and hair of different color. Accessories would be great too, just don't get too crazy and be like Microsoft.

Unless I can make my avatar a robot ( armored cores are preferred) home, 360, and wii avatars can die in a fire, useless digital meatbags.

I want Mii avatars to take over the world too. They'd have to do a better job than any of the world's governments.
Too bad it's not 2006 anymore. Remember when the Wii first came out and everyone went gaga over the Miis. And then people were like Nintendo, this is awesome, what are you going to do with this now? And Nintendo were like, what, Miis? Oh ya I forgot we put that there. *shrug* It sounds like Miyamoto really wishes he has a time machine.

Current Gen avatars are soo corny. The Sims Online could've brought everyone together if EA didn't shit on it. It was the epitome of virtual representation
Ugh... please no. Miis look so stupid. Microsoft may have copied them, but at least xbox 360 avatars don't look like crap... even so I would do away with them altogether.
I hate Mii's--they look like they're aimed at 5 year olds. To represent the mainstream gamer, a personal avatar used in computer/console needs to be completely customizable, just like most forum avatars are. The only difference is that forum avatars are 2D, and gaming avatars would be 3D (rendered in a 2D space).
This sort of reminds me of how if you ever go to a Microsoft event, they will ask you for your Gamertag. I'm down with it.
Miis look far less obnoxious than Xbox 360 avatars, there's something about those that makes me want to punch them all in the face, they look like smug bastards I guess.
I hate miis, but not nearly as much as the gay fucking avatars for xbox, which I didn't think were gay until that commercial where they said something about sexy dance, it made me embarrased to ever have used one.
um yeah no, see miyamoto the competition actualy "updates" the features of their avatar systems making thier avatars look closer and closer to the user who is making them. in otherwords they don't force one-size fits all avatars onto the populace and then sits back and rests on their lorals. you may be a god to some but you very shortsighted to me. enjoy the number 2 (or 3) spot on the avatar list there.
I like your new "AGGRESIVE JOURNALISM" avatar Jim, thats what makes you THAT guy. Mii's and 360 avatars are just creepy, although my Xbox avatar absolutely nails my sleepy looks.
