Fuck yes, decide it on a shooter player's shooter. Stream it, get Bethesda out in the public eye so we can all roast them over how pitiful this suit is. What? Playing a match of CoD is probably the most fair thing to do. A lot of people have at least played it for ten minutes. Quake? Not so much. Plus, it's an older game.

I give him major props for proposing this seriously and I think this is generally how most legal disputes this ridiculous should be handled.
Minecrafters just want Beth to play Quake. It's a trap. If they play CoD, that completely destroys their only advantage because they think the game is cursed. They pride themselves as gamers with taste, and will not step up to the plate to defend Notch if it means stepping outside of their elitist comfort zone. Why else would they challenge, if they thought they couldn't win?

Honestly, this would be amazing PR. Regardless of which side wins, both of them would be absolutely lauded for just giving it a shot. Serious Beth, tell the lawyers to write up a legal binding for this or fire them. The PR would be fucking incredible.
