Sup Holmes switches it up with Austin Ivansmith

[Destructoid's Director of Communications Hamza Aziz asked Jonathan Holmes to make a show called 'Sup, Holmes?' so that Destructoid could later sell a t-shirt that says 'Sup, Holmes?' on it. This is that show. Subscribe to the podcast feed and find more episodes here.]

Hey everybody! It's WayForwardvember in February! To celebrate the 50th episode of Sup Holmes, we're welcoming Austin Ivansmith of Mighty Switch Force HD (currently half off on the Wii U eShop) to the program.

Ivan writes about games, creates troll women for gamespaints paintings about games, and ponders the meaning of killing buffalo in games. His analysis of the current consumer standards for game price vs game length, and how it ties into the argument between games as art vs games as product, is a particular favorite.

We'll be talking to him about how he got his start in the industry, why he makes games, what he makes of the Wii U's current and future standings in the market, his thoughts on the PS4 and the next Microsoft console, and whatever else he wants to talk about. Join us in the chat at 1pm PST/4pm EST for a fun time with guys.
