Mighty Switch Force! 2 is out (and will hit the EU on 6/27), and that means another retro-tastic soundtrack is on the way, compliments of Jake Kaufman. Starting now, you can taste the OST on his Bandcamp page, and pay what you want for it. It has 21 tracks in total, including remixes.

Contributions will go towards equipment for more WayForward sound projects, and you can also get it for free, so it truly is "pay what you want" and doesn't require a minimum. Although I don't think it's as memorable as the soundtrack from the first game (this tune specifically comes to mind), it's still pretty awesome, and you can sample it for yourself for free.

Review: Putty Squad

Of all of the games to get a PS4 remake, you'd probably never put Putty Squad, an SNES game from 1994, at the top of the list. But here we are in 2014 with a full-on re-imagining, with more or less the same platforming mechanics that still work nearly 20 years later. The only problem is, System 3 Software has opted to charge $29.99 for a decidedly dated game -- which is a bit of a problem.more
