Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
...And the ability to say "JARVIS, play movie" and giggle wildly at my newfound sci-fi entertainment center.
Microsoft hates the disabled apparently.
Ball's in your court, Sterling.
Ball returned.
finished your title for you.
You can't win. Don't even try. Unless it cures cancer or there's a Bobby Kotick punching game you can't win.
I like Kinect and that video made me rage hard. I sometimes forget how stupid and easily impressed the masses can be. For 8:00 I knew what it feels like to be one of those gamers who hates everyone that isn't a "real" gamer.
Still... I have to stand up in order to do this Tom Cruise woooshie-wave?
Blow me. I'd rather throw some more money and buy 3DS.
Also, Child of Eden isn't Kinect exclusive and will probably control more responsively on the more precise of the two new motion control devices. Not that I plan on getting the Move.
Xzyliac: I've not seen it yet, and I'm kind of scared to. I hate watching cringeworthy shit, and I am imagining it's grade-A cringe.
If I can cringe at it, I'm hoping we'll get entire weeks worth of satire out of you.
But if they want me to play with little furry animals, they can fuck right off. Seriously.
jk...kind of
kinect + LIVE gives me hope for more experimentation on the developer side...i mean...kinect could mean an affordable, online, Steel Battalion sequel!
I guess people like this sort of thing but...I dunno.
looooooooool.. amazing pic.
Except terseness in this case is being employed as a comedic method and not as the entire body of a serious post.
Humor, blogs are allowed to have them sometimes. Rawr rawr jernalizm.
WIN!!!
Jim is hilarious!
Wii already has the game that MS showed at E3.
