I was fine with most of the dashboard updates, but that last one sucked. I think the xmb pulled ahead in usefulness by no fault of its own.
Yeah I got in earlier this afternoon. I read somewhere some sort of dashboard customization will be included as well. Could be interesting, it's probably a stripped down version of what they have planned for the next console.
Oh well I guess we'll just have to wait. Looking forward to a change. The current dashboard is terrible.
I hope they've realized that the Metro style doesn't work for things that aren't small touch screen devices.
Sorry! This was written hours before it went live. I would have scheduled it much sooner had I known they were going to shut down everything so quickly. We'd be a hell of a lot faster if we just threw posts up when they were finished, but then we'd have nothing on the page for hours on end.

I wonder how they are going to mess it up this time? I wouldn't mind the current set up as much if you could customize it... that and if they got rid of the ads for being a gold member.
So, Microsoft is sending beta invites for stupid look at the new stupid dashboard, while Sony is currently sending out beta invites for Dust 514, LittleBigPlanet Karting, and Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale... Why the fuck do people still pay for Live??
Why can't Microsoft just pick a dashboard design and stick with it? The new one sucks the most so far.

Current dashboard sucks. I also hate the interface for Netflix on 360. It used to be so much better.
After the shit poor experience I with Microsoft with the last beta (for the dash) I'm kind of relieved this is full and I couldn't even sign up.
