Check out Microsoft pooping on my E3 already! Yes, the Xbox 360 still has legs, and there are some great games lined up for the rest of the year, but the recent rumors have got us so excited that gamers are going to be disappointed if they don't hear at least something on the next Xbox.
That said, Microsoft won't be showing off any new consoles at this year's E3. A Microsoft statement on Kotaku kills the buzz:
While we appreciate all the interest in our long-range plans for the future, we can confirm that there will be no talk of new Xbox hardware at E3 or anytime soon. For us, 2012 is all about Xbox 360-and it's the best year ever for Xbox 360.
The statement goes on to talk about how the Xbox 360 has had the biggest year ever, and how the best games ever are coming. Great. Yeah, yeah. We love the Xbox 360 and want all your sequels. But we also want to know what you're doing next. It's year seven, guys -- let us know we can expect more than console refreshes, sequels and Kinect titles.

Just a few weeks ago, we were picking over Gran Turismo 6 rumors, and now here we are with our very first preview. I was surprised to walk into a hands-on opportunity just one day after the title was officially announced. Surprised and pleased.
It may not have been the PlayStation 4 launch game I was hoping for, but it's never really a bad time for more Gran Turismo.
Last week, I got to preview a bunch of current-gen games, which we can expect to see during E3, at a special pre-show event that entailed several different game companies. The Sony showcase in particular had a handful of game...
