I had no trouble with the 360 version. I know some did but I was pretty lucky and got next to none.
2033 is one of my favourite games regardless of the glitches though.
That said, we've hardly had any games announced for the Wii U, so having a big IP possibly be pulled from development for it sounds like a bad sign. Hopefully Nintendo will have more to talk about than NSMB2 this year.
Honestly I think third party companies are bitchy in the gaming community these days. "Oh its not HD and its not the latest tech? guess I could care less" I have seen and played many games that were under 3 megabyte that were more captivating than some of the shovel-ware that goes around. I mean yeah 3D HD graphics are really cool and bring a unique style to games but if the controls are not tight and the game-play is as thin as canned chicken broth then you are quite pretentious for asking $50-$60 for that game.
But then again there are a lot of retards out there, and I am sure I am one of them.
But 4A seems like a pretty cool company and maybe they are just too busy right now. Still is a shame to see the only Wii U launch title I was looking froward to go down the drain.
And for everyone who's heard bad things about the 360 version, it's not bad at all. I had no issues. It's the PC one I found to be bad unless you have a super-powerful system. I've been able to play games that required more than Metro on my PC much more smoothly than Metro itself. But yeah, maxed out, the PC version is crazy-beautiful.
@RockWall
How was Resident Evil 4 NOT a port? I mean, I loved the Wii version, as it was EASILY the best one. But it was definitely a port.
