Although this is all over the Internet by now, be warned that minor spoilers concerning Metal Gear Solid 4 will be in this post. And on the subject of spoiled minors ...
The BBFC has indirectly caused some controversy, due its rating of the game Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. The game has a 15+ age rating and contains all the usual themes of violence, blood and bad language. However, one thing that you don't often see in a videogame is "implied child rape," and it seems that Solid Snake's PS3 outing will contain just that.
The British ratings board warns that MGS4 "features one use of strong language and references to suicide and an implied child rape." We know that Olga's daughter, Sunny, will feature in the game ... but who does what, and why? A little unsettling, but a very dark theme for a videogame to tackle. The only other game I know of that at least subtly hinted at that kind of child abuse was Killer 7, although that was just the impression I got from the in-game dialog and could have been misinterpreted. Oh, and that Survival Horror about the big retarded kiddy fiddler who rapes your main character if he gets her.
So ... which MGS character is the dirty, dirty nonce? My money's on Otacon. He just looks the type.

Now the funny thing is, if 'implied' meant the same way as this revelation was conveyed, then this is a lot of fuss about nothing.
However, in terms of story importance, I think what happened to Otacon might be still haunting him... the money is on him.

It is a bit rough for a video game, but I'm sure it wasn't just a "oh we've not been there before" idea, that's not in the Kojima handbook.

Sunny, Olga Gurlukovich's daughter, who was kidnapped by the Patriots as an infant so her well-being could be used to manipulate Olga.
And as Dahk says, they've also said it wasn't rape, just trauma.

Other than that, the usual suspect would be Raiden, being a child soldier, practically anyone could've molested him, especially since he's a girl (he has no male genitalia) and the last obvious one is Olga's daughter featuring some kind of impending rape.
