According to a recent interview with Nintendo Power, the game's producer Yoshikazu Matsuhana said:"The player controls and some other well received elements from MGS4 and Peace Walker have been implemented into the game" and "The camera from Subsistence has been adopted, as well as elements of the free roaming camera system that was implemented in MGS4 and Peace Walker."
Other than the multi-player and the camera, I can't think of too many elements from MGS4 and Peace Walker that I'd want tacked on to MGS:SE3D. I do hope they keep the Ape Escape-based bonus game in there though, with the apes swapped out for Animal Crossing characters maybe?
