Konami informed us that within the add-on, wolf model LQ-84i is reactivated by the Desperado group, and the DLC tells his story prior to him battling and joining Raiden (and thus, before adopting his proper "Blade Wolf" moniker). The DLC promises unique abilities for LQ-84i, as well as an "all new boss battle."
Well, at least it has something new going for it, unlike their last attempt, which had zero new encounters. While the reduced price has me a bit wary, at the very least I hope it's fun to flip around with the master mecha-wolf himself. Expect a full review closer to launch.
