Meet The Bell Killer in Murdered: Soul Suspect

0

Back in my day, serial killers had normal names!

Who gives serial killers their moniker? Do the cops sit around and figure out what the most apt description for the person that's been dumping bodies all around their town?

Whatever the reasoning, "The Bell Killer" is not the most fearsome of serial killer tags; what does he/she do, beat people to death with a hand bell? As the trailer above for Murdered: Soul Suspect shows, The Bell Killer seems to prefer strapping people to a chair, or in the case of the main character Ronan O'Connor, just blowing them away with a gun.

I've been hoping the game is a proper detective story with a supernatural twist but Steven's been less than thrilled with his hands on time with Murdered, saying it's more of an "exploration-based, narrative game." That might still be a fun experience but I've been itching for a mystery-whodunnit since L.A. Noire
