I knew as soon as you mentioned Jocasta it had to be a close friend of mine, Suzann. She loves coming up with obscure characters and making costumes for them. She's also doing Big Barda (Jack Kirby creation of the 70's)this year as well.
She's also Charlotte, NC's own DJ Spider, and all around freaking awesome person.
