Welcome to the land of the rising hotness in apparel, the land of the robotic games bloggers armed with road-worn laptops and rented cell phones and funny money with holes in it. They're strapped into their figurative fighter planes, ready to collide with the world's gaming capital, Tokyo, for God and Country and Internet.
That's what I'm going to imagine when I rock my new Destructoid Kamikaze T-shirt, now available on SplitReason. Just short of sixteen bones buys you what I think is probably our best-looking shirt yet, and we have you to thank for its do-wanty goodness.
Our Commander General asked the Destructoid community for their input on our Tokyo Game Show 2008 shirt. He took that feedback and relayed it to the poor, under-aged sweatshop workers, whose stomachs grumble from the undercooked gruel they're forced to eat because of us. Pat yourself on the back, right next to that sweet-ass Destructoid logo on the back of this new shirt.
We're not done with you yet, though. We want to make more shirts, so we're looking for your ideas for new ones. Please post your ideas in the comments below.
[Update: Um, where are your comments? How are we going to know who give away the free t-shirts to if you don't comment? One hundred sounds like a good round number, doesn't it? So does two hundred. Maybe three?]

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
Now if only I had money...

Just like the other 90% of the dtoid audience.
Oh wait, you're not offering them? GODDAMNIT... :(
As for other ideas? Mr Destructoid for president anyone?
I suck at photoshop, mostly because I never use it. But you get the basic idea, right?
My idea: Do a simple shirt with a chest pocket, and coming out of that pocket to say hi: Mr. Destructoid.
But change it with:
MY PENIS IS THIS LONG
Best shirt EVAH!
Time to take these dumb gaming magazines to the recycle center for some tshirt cash.
- Droobies' balls on a T-shirt.
- Remember the Foxtoid News page from this past April? Make a shirt based off that.
- Something based off the Soviet Union. There is a specific picture of Lenin speaking to a large crowd that would look great if you photoshopped the Dtoid Helmet over his head.
I have a few more. I'll think of them in a minute.
Srsly.
Mr. Destructoid destroying a city, laser beams from the eyes.
