Rockstar has announced today that Max Payne 3 has finally been given a release date. Oh wait, no, it still doesn't have one of those. What it does have, however, is a launch window, with the game slated to arrive by March 2012.
Oh, and it's going to have multiplayer!
In addition to the Max Payne 3 news, it's also been revealed that the first game is coming to mobile devices, with an HD lick of paint. Featuring connectivity with Rockstar's Social Club, upgraded textures and customizable controls, it looks set to be quite a neat little port.
It's good to see that Max Payne 3 is finally getting close to some sort of release. I feel like it's been around forever.

Ummm, how about a HD collection on the first two for the PS3 and 360 instead, Rockstar? Yeah, mobile devices are great and very popular. Sure. But what's the point if Max Payne 3 isn't coming to a mobile device? Unless that's another announcement they plan to make?
I dunno man. I'm pretty sure when Rockstar made L.A noire, they said it was going to be grand theft auto. HOW COULD I HAVE KNOWN I WAS SUPPOSED TO SOLVE CRIMES AND HELP PEOPLE AND NOT MURDER EVERYONE? GRAND THEFT AUTO WASNT EVEN IN THE TITLE OF THE GAME! HOW COULD THEY DO THIS?
