Here's a little bit of non-news that involves math. MTV Multiplayer got some time with the upcoming Wolfenstein, and during their gameplay they saw that their progress was being kept track of. Percentages popped up as they picked up things and killed Nazis. Evidently they had a good time with it as by the end of their game they had killed 639 evil Nazis and gotten through about 36 percent of the game (or more likely they were put into the game that far along).
What does this all mean? Well, by doing some simple math they've discovered the exact number of Nazis that are going to die in Wolfenstein. Numbers such as these don't come along that often, people! The game will even let you keep track of how you've killed Nazis, my favorite being dissolved. So how many Nazis die? 1,638... I suppose I ruined that suprise by putting it in the headline. Well, whatever, I'm sure that's not an official number anyway.
When a well-received big-budget game falls below that magical $20 price point, I'm in. Green Man Gaming has an excellent deal on Tomb Raider which drops the PC version from $49.99 all the way down to $16.99. And with the promo code GMG20-LLASD-D8WBQ, it's $13.60.
Yes, that is ridiculous! Act sooner than later, as the deal is good through the rest of the day.
When we think of the American west, we think of outlaws and lawmen, settlers trying to eke out a new life in an inhospitable place and, most of all, stylish dress composed of pastels and fringe. It is in that spirit that Jordan and I approached Sunset Riders for the Super Nintendo, knowing that while it was important to be good, that should be secondary to looking good.
I feel like we've been hearing a lot about The Last of Us lately, but that's far from a bad thing, as I'm finally starting to get a better idea of how it'll actually play. Here's more talk about the action-survival game, dir...

While it would have been nice for Gears of War: Judgment to come out of the gate with more content, the fact that some of the post-release DLC is free helps reduce the sting.
