Mass Effect DLC details leaked by the Swiss photo

The Swiss have awesome watches. They also have some hot and new Mass Effect downloadable content details. CVG is reporting that the official Swiss Xbox Web page is dropping mad information about the eternally upcoming downloadable, even so far as pegging its name.

According to the page, the DLC is named “Pinnacle Station.” Set on a mysterious space station, it will have thirteen combat-specific challenges, which jives with what we’ve been told about the combat-focused (perhaps arena-based) content. Couple this with the recent Achievement information, and you're pretty good to go on the information front.

The page lists the content’s release date as June 16th. That is wrong, obviously; so do take the above information with a grain of salt until BioWare feels the need to announce the content its teased fans with since the dawn of time.

I STILL have yet to play this game and have wanted to for sometime... worth buying another 360 for?

I'd be inclined to say "yes", if you have the money.

Honestly, ALL of Bioware's RPG line is worth buying some form of Xbox for. KOTOR, Jade Empire, and Mass Effect were all excellent games, and I have no doubt in my mind that Dragon Age will be excellent as well.

Or, you could just get all them for PC.

@Dephect ; Not necessarily , If you really liked the KOTOR franchise you're probably going to think that it's the best game ever made but there are better titles in my oppinion to legitimate a XBOX360 purchase.

However Mass Effect is a great game nonetheless.

I love the title, it suggests that the government of Switzerland is somehow privy to top secret game announcements that it's leaking to thwart...someone.

Mass Effect has been sitting on my shelf. I bought it off my little brother, who played through it and enjoyed it, but needed cash to buy other games. Oddly enough, my wife asked me to start playing it, which I will be obliging this week. She's bored of watching me play Oblivion, and frankly, I'm getting bored of playing it. Time to move on, I suppose.

Magnalon you forgot about Sonic: The Dark Brotherhood, which surely tarnished Biowares perfect record.

Blue Odeyssey,

How so? for an RPG based on a Sonic game it certainly wasn't that bad.

@Blue
A 74 average is neither a critical flop or a success, true.

For their first handheld effort, I can forgive it.

Hey Bioware I love you guys, you guys got me into gaming, that said next time you want to make DLC don't be a dick and exclude post-ending gameplay.

@ Xzyliac Post ending gameplay for Mass Effect is the sequel.

This type of DLC makes sense in the context of the game, as the game is really designed to include multiple playthroughs. Personally, Im happy about the DLC, it gives me another reason to go back through Mass Effect. Again. For my fourth time.

You could say I enjoyed it, I guess.

There's a theme out now that's called Pinnacle Station. Hopefully this means it releases real soon. Been at least a year since I played Mass Effect and I played it six times I think.

I thought Sweden wa known for its horible salt candy, not Switzerland. There is a difference.

Mass Effect os one of my personal favorites. If this drops, I'll pick it up for a final play before the sequel comes out.
