Maryland Best Buy acts like a bitch and cancels PS3, Wii launch photo

Some of us love violence. We love seeing mayhem. In fact, for some of us, it is the sole reason of our meaningless existence. Sadly, Best Buy in Bel Air, MD, has pulled a bitch move and decided not to launch the PlayStation 3 or Wii on Friday and Sunday, respectively. According to a phone message (410-893-6101), the store has decided not to go with either launch because of "safety concerns." Come on Best Buy, grow a pair and launch those suckas!

I guess if Best Buy or the Landlord allows them to stay on private property then they are accepting some responsibility.

Good point, those stores need to start putting up disclaimers at the line stating that they accept no responsibility for violence or theft, but that they will monitor and not hesitate to evict/prosecute any offenders.

I just hope Youtube gets flooded with enough good videos of the mayhem at the other stores to accomodate my Saturday morning.

I think its just completely wrong to cancel out of the launch. Anyways, I had to call the number and get my own recording of the message... if you are interested check out the recording saved as MP3..
