The costume is from House of M and it wasn't changed then so I doubt it's gonna change now.

See DLC is more trouble than it's worth. This would have never happened if Capcom just sold a complete product.

Because you are wrong. He is the "head of state" (is that the word?) and he gets paid for representing us outside our borders and other non-political fancy stuff. I would vote yes for the third spanish republic at any time for obvious reasons but he actually "does shit".

Oh? I thought this was going to be because we're being charged for shit that other fighting games give you for free. Guess not.
Its the same with the Windsors, many ppl seem to think they just sit around drinking tea all day, but many of them are busy with diplomatic & charity work, or are in the armed forces and while they do get paid by the state, its nothing compared to what they put in.
I bet this is a thinly veiled attempt to bargain Mega Man into UMvC3. Even Spanish royalty want him in the game.
I live in Spain and the DLC doesn't bother me at all... If the royal family ask Capcom to remove the DLC I will have even less respect for them.
Just be glad Dust wasn't in MvC3, with the inevitible DLC that showed her ankles and face. There would have been such an uproar.
