Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 DLC pack hits next week photo

If you've already seen Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 inside and out, Activision has announced that there's more content on the way.

On November 3, a new DLC pack will be made available that will feature new characters, boosts, and simulator missions. The new playable characters include Black Panther, Carnage, Cable, Psylocke, and one other unannounced character. But it ain't free -- it'll cost you $9.99 on the PlayStation Store or 800 MS Points on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace.

Also being made available will be the former "GameStop exclusive" Juggernaut download. You can pick that up for $1.99 for PS3, or 160 MS Points on the Xbox 360.

Unless that unannounced is all kinds of awesome I'll probably be skipping this, like I did the DLC characters in the first one. I haven't even though about playing UA2 in a while, least of all in the coming weeks/months with all the new stuff hitting shelves. Though all of those characters would make great additions, it doesn't seem worth it to me.

I love that for 5 bucks you could preorder the game and get the juggernaut but if you waited you would only have to pay $2. Awesome.

The unannounced character is Magneto. There was a leak a couple weeks back showing all 5 characters in the character select screen.

Also, Those people who have been buying Juggernaut codes on ebay for upwards of 50 bucks are going to feel MIGHTY silly come next week. Hahaha.

@danthuman- "I love that for 5 bucks you could preorder the game and get the juggernaut but if you waited you would only have to pay $2. Awesome."?

You understand how pre-orders work, right? That five bucks comes off the price of the game, so Jugheadnaut was a freebie.

Damn, I dont want to pay for this, but Cable and Black Panther are awesome. Oh well, luckily I will have Dragon Age to make me forget about this until like next year, or whenever it becomes the deal of the week.
