Despite the soul crushing fact that Mario Sports Mix is indeed a game that Square Enix is making that stars Mario characters but is not a new Mario RPG I have to say that I'm a little intrigued to see if it offers anything new up in the world of Wii sporting games other than have Dragon Quest characters in it.
Do I think my curiousity will be rewarded? @#!*% no, but I won't have to feel the sting of dissapointment as soon as Europeans do as North America doesn't have a release date for the game, but the UK just got one of Feb. 4 and other European areas got one of Jan. 28.
Japan got the game just a few days ago, but they get everything before us. Stupid jerks. I doubt that Nintendo will delay the US release much longer after it lands in Europe, however. Usually localization for games only takes a year or two when it lands in the US first and then goes to Europe. [sarcasm] Isn't that really weird? [/sarcasm]
