If you haven't played Super Mario Bros. 3 yet, you can pick it up on the Wii Virtual Console for 150 Coins by way of Club Nintendo. Outside of Mario, F-Zero X (Wii VC) is 200 Coins, Link 'n' Launch (3DS) is 150 Coins, and Metroid II (3DS VC) is 150 Coins. It's a pretty simple offering this month, with a solid, yet familiar lineup.

An unintended benefit of redeeming select Wii Virtual Console games with unwanted points is the ability to pick up the enhanced Wii U version eventually on the cheap, at a $1.00-$1.50 discounted rate. Specifically, it's only a matter of time until Mario 3 hits the platform, with a distinct possibility for F-Zero X at some point.
