Make your time! PAX schedule is live photo

The Penny Arcade Expo 2009 schedule is finally live. There’s going to be a ton of panels, some awesome concerts, tournaments and a ton of things for people to do while at the Expo. There are a lot of panels on the list, but there are three really important ones we’ll highlight since we’re so bias about ourselves:

On Friday from 12:00 to 1:00PM is the "Hey Ash, Whatcha Filmin: How to make a moderately successful viral video series that confuses the hell out of people" panel. Anthony and Ashly Burch will be talking about their little Internet show as they discuss the highs and low of making the series.

At 2:30 to 3:30PM the same day will be the Destructoid panel. The panel is called "How can we make online gaming communities suck less?" and we’ll be looking at what goes into building a solid community.

And on Sunday from 4:00 to 5:00PM is the "WTF is the matter with videogames?" panel. Nick Chester loves to hear himself talk and he’ll be a guest panelist where they’ll talk about how Rock Band is the greatest game ever created. Probably.

Overall, all of the panels look really great this year as there’s something for everyone. Also, be sure to be at PAX right as they open the doors at 10AM so you can get yourself a wristband for guaranteed entry to the concerts on Friday and Saturday night. The first 4,000 people to walk through the door will get a wristband and any remaining seats will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis.

That schedule is out of control. Once again, I'm not going to have a chance to play any games at PAX as there will be no time.

Dammit I need to go to PAX like I promised myself. I need to be around my own people again! Ever since high school ended I've been around musicians. There's too much coolness in my atmosphere. I need to revive the nerd in me!

Keen. I'll at least try to make the dtoid panel, and the Nick Chester one. Sounds like a fun discussion.

If Tazar is on the left, who is on the right of Mr. Chester? *ponder*

"Bias" is a noun. "Biased" is the adjective you're looking for.

Will video be posed from the Destructoid panel and the topic of less online community suckage? I'm a bit curious as to what's said.

I'd also love to see what's said at the "Girls and Games" discussion... so often they talk about making games "for" girls.... instead of making good games that have "female friendly" features like optional female avatars, pause features, save-anywhere features and social aspects.

Ah well... I have plans on attending next year... and given these types of expositions, I'm sure there will be yet another "girls and games" panel next year! :)

I really wish I could go. For reasons other than to see Nick make out with his own hand.

Why or Why did they schedule HAWP panel so close to the Keynote. I gotta line up at least at 12:30 (or sooner), just to make it inside for the keynote. Please, Please tell me your taping it to put it on Destructoid for later viewing (to include those nto able to attend).
