Just like the disappointment I experienced earlier today upon finding out that LittleBigPlanet would not be hitting stores earlier than announced, it appears as though I’m in for another soul-crushing blow. In an interview with LittleBigMadness, producer of LBP Leo Cubbin confirmed that the majority of levels created during the beta phase of the game would be deleted once the limited beta ends.
When asked why levels will be deleted, Cubbin replied that Media Molecule simply won’t be able to convert everything. Only the “best” levels will be kept for the retail release.
In a way, this pushes up the creative bar spectacularly high. I’ll make sure to do us all justice when I begin my Destructoid level, complete with beautiful pictures of our beloved robot. At least, I’ll do this whenever I can quit ogling at how awesome the single player component is thus far.

"This version does not require a DNS redirect and levels created here will be available for consumers at launch of the full title."
a new beta is being released monday, an updated build which will not need to be converted and all levels from that beta will be available at launch. I would tell you where to get the keys for the new beta but would reduce my chance at getting one. :)
Can you give the source of that information please.
I haven't seen ANYWHERE yet talk about a new build of the beta.
BTW I know which sites are giving the BETA KEYS away on monday, I think the whole internet does (it is no secret)....
Xplay, Gamerpro, littlebigplanet.us/playstation.com, 1up & gametrailers are all next week with the first couple starting on monday confirmed.
IGN have just done theres a few hours ago and already sent lots out
Gamespot was yesterday with on the spot, but people are still waiting for them
Gamereactor sites and Meristation was last Wednesday
Eurogamer was first last tuesday
Japan had there lotto system (trust them to keep it simple and civil) who where first.
