Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic 3DS gets a trailer

5:30 PM on 01.21.2013

Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic is a manga-turned-anime that has a One Thousand and One Nights feel to it -- and now, it's an upcoming 3DS game.

The above trailer highlights the 3D beat-'em-up-style gameplay and some RPG elements, alongside beautiful anime cutscenes, and a nice aesthetic style.

If I could take away anything from it, it would be that it looks like a charming romp through Phantasy Star Online-esque gameplay. Rad!

Sadly, I doubt we'll see a release outside of Japan, but anything could happen, right? Especially with how well the 3DS has been doing in general.
