Expect more Xbox 360 accessories with COG logos and smatterings of blood this fall. Mad Catz has announced its entered into a deal with Epic Games to produce Gears of War peripherals to coincide with the release of the third game in the series, expected to release this September.

We're looking at the usual stuff here, folks: controllers, headphones… more controllers. Maybe some faceplates, or even "Console Crates" and console skins. That's what Mad Catz released with the previous Gears products, like the one pictured above.

Mad Catz isn't discussing the details of the new products, but it's safe to say that if you need new accessories and you like Gears of War, you might want to hold off.
