Turbine has released a new developer diary talking about mounted combat, a new feature being added to The Lord of the Rings Online in the upcoming expansion Riders of Rohan. Players will finally get a chance to kill orcs and wargs while riding around on horseback.

The video shows off some of this gameplay, and it's a good way to take a look at what to expect from the expansion. The Lord of the Rings Online: Riders of Rohan will be available for PC on September 5th.
