A single image has surfaced for Alan Wake: Night Springsthe digital follow-up to 2009's action-horror. The picture comes via everybody's favorite full-color press release, Game Informer

Mr. Wake is looking pretty casual in his checked shirt and jeans, although the fact he's holding some sort of drill or nailgun indicates that he's not planning to take it easy. There's also a sign for Night Springs, the fictional location of Alan Wake's in-game television show, and a desert motel. 

With the sandy surroundings and a lightly dressed Alan, it looks like a significant change of scenery is coming, which is nice. I loved the original Alan Wake so I'm definitely all about this.
