Live show: Rain

Oct 07 // Rick KingFoom Olson

Some people walk in the rain, others just get wet

[Mash Tactics airs Monday through Friday at 4p.m. Pacific on Dtoid.TV. Watch Rick 'King Foom' Olson play a variety of games, each day with its own theme. With a heavy focus on community and viewer interaction, you can be as much a part of the show as anything else.]

We have quite a diverse set of games lined up for Mash Tactics this week ranging from good to bad to so bad, it might actually be kind of good again. Join us this evening while we kick things off with what I think is going to be one of the good ones, as we sit down and showcase an interesting PSN title that simply goes by the name of Rain.

I honestly don't know much about this game outside of the things that I've heard from others, but everything I have heard has been pretty much positive. As well, I'd be lying if I said that the mechanic of being invisible and only showing up while in the rain didn't have me quite intrigued. When you add to that a dark and moody setting, and a mysterious story, I'm starting to think that this might be an adventure that's right up my alley. Come on by and join me in finding out what this game is actually all about, tonight at Dtoid.TV!

QotD: I love rain effects in games, are there any in-game effects that you are a particular fan of?
