[Mash Tactics airs Monday through Friday at 4p.m. Pacific on Dtoid.TV. Watch King Foom play a variety of games, each day with its own theme. With a heavy focus on community and viewer interaction, you can be as much a part of the show as anything else.]
Be sure to join us this evening over at Dtoid.TV, for what is bound to be an amazing episode of Mash Tactics. Tonight, I have the pleasure of showcasing one of my most anticipated downloadable titles of the year, Guacamelee!I've had the chance to play a few hours of it recently, and I'm happy to say, it's just as amazing as I had hoped. In fact, I dare say it actually blew my expectations away. Oozing with style, charm, personality, challenging platforming, and surprisingly deep combat, this game delivers awesome at every turn.
If just showing off the game wasn't enough. Wait, there's more! We'll be chatting about the games creation, inspirations, and more, with Graham, and Alex from DrinkBox studios as we play the first few hours of Guacamelee! And, as if you needed even more reasons to watch, we have four copies of the game to give away to some lucky peeps from the live crowd! Oh yeah, and rumor has it, that our very own Jonathan Holmes may join in the Skype call at some point as well. If all that doesn't scream, "don't miss this", I don't know what does. Get there!
