[Mash Tactics airs Monday through Friday at 4p.m. Pacific on Dtoid.TV. Watch Rick 'King Foom' Olson play a variety of games, each day with its own theme. With a heavy focus on community and viewer interaction, you can be as much a part of the show as anything else.]
Ok, ok, all jokes about David Cage, emotions, and all that other silly business aside, Beyond: Two Souls is still hands-down one of my most anticipated titles of the year, and I'm dying to dig into the first few hours with the live crowd this evening on Mash Tactics. I mean, really, it's got everybody's lord and savior Willem friggin Dafoe in it -- what could possibly go wrong?
Call it an interactive movie, call it whatever you want, but I've been a fan of these types of games ever since I first got my hands on Dragon's Lair oh so many years ago, and am extremely excited for Cage's latest take on this seemingly love-it-or-hate-it, interactive-whatever-it-is genre. Also, to be quite honest, after a couple weeks of playing damn near nothing but Grand Theft Auto V, I'm more than ready for a relaxed, slower-paced adventure. Come see what the buzz is all about for yourself tonight at Dtoid.TV!
QotD: So, 'interactive-whatever' games -- love 'em, hate 'em or just don't care?
