Final Fantasy X is my favorite game in the Final Fantasy series. Feel free to go into the comments and wail and moan about Final Fantasy VII and Cloud and Aerith and how stupid I am all you want; for me, FFX is as good as it gets. The soundtrack of Final Fantasy X is especially memorable, and so it's no surprise that this clever interpretation of the game's opening theme,  "To Zanarkand", captured my heart in all of a millisecond.

Spotted on NeoGAF, this video was created by LittleBigPlanet user Kirathian, who certainly has a handle on using the best of LBP's creative options to his or her advantage. This beautiful revisitation to one of my favorite games genuinely made my day.

The story in FFX is so laden with cliche that if it was in any other game, nobody would stop bitching about it. Melodrama, dumb twists, cookie cutter characters, the works. Hard to find a game that doesn't suffer from these problems to some extent, but X is especially bad.

That's fantastic.

And VI is the best.

I've learned not to trust advice from anyone with "Sephiroth" "Cloud" or "Tifa" in their online names, especially when it comes to talking about Final Fantasy games.

FFVII was good, definately on the higher end of the series' fun-spectrum, but it was not the best of the series in any respects.

I've never been one for Final Fantasy games; or RPGs for that matter but since IX was the only one I've ever played through it is my favorite one.

Well since everyone else is calling out their order lists, here goes mine!

FFT > FF7 > FF6 > FF10 > FF12

And the rest of you are just plain wrong :P

Okay.

You can compose music for LBP? because if you can that's just plain awesome.

Colette is entitled to her own opinion and I respect that...mostly because I'm not an FF fan at all

FFX was great in some ways, and disappointing in others. THe battle system and most of the characters rocked (minus Yuna and Rikku). But the game was amazingly linear. I did get over that fact, but it would have been nice to have a bit more freedom in exploring the world.

Take it to the bank and cash it:

FF6>Tactics>FF4>All the rest.

Wail.

Moan.

FFVII.

Cloud.

Aerith.

You're stupid.

I kid I kid! :D You know someone had to be sarcastic right Colette? ;)

Actually...I'm confused because I was never able to play FFX, so I'm not sure what the focus of that video was about in lieu of FFX... I love FF2 or 4 or whatever you want to call it. The music in that game was great, the characters just kinda felt proper. I like the idea of being dark and realizing it's wrong in a game. Kinda a different anti-hero idea that a lot of the games back then didn't bother with...well maybe Pacman...what do you mean you don't get it, HE WAS A FUCKING CANNIBAL EATING LITTLE PAC PEOPLE IN ROWS!!!

Maybe I should stop drinking...

I loved FFX but Tidus was a whiny annoyance. The story, however, was momentous.

The only FF game I really hated was 9... And this video is probably going to make me get LBP just to see things like this and some Rick Ashley levels.

I'll have to agree and say that I liked 10 better than 7.

The game was pretty cool

But Tidus was one of the -worst- characters ever made.

Right up there with JarJar Binks

That was really cool.

Now for the REAL discussion - I actually like every FF i have played. The top rank would be : VI, VII, VIII, X, XII. The others i still really enjoyed, just not quite as much.

Oh, except X-2. That was bad.
