Listen up, iPhone owners: Pix'n Love Rush looks oh so rad

2:00 AM on 05.06.2010

I don't own an iPhone or have any real interest in the vast majority of the games exclusive to the device. Why am I telling you this? Because against all odds, I am supremely intrigued by Pix'n Love Rush, which just so happens to be an iPhone-only title.

Stylistically, it looks quite a bit like the Xbox LIVE Indie Game Pixel! from Arkedo. I adored the minimalistic visuals in that game -- as well as everything else about it -- and the concept is taken one step further in Pix'n Love Rush.

The attached video demonstration should answer the rest of your questions. The only unknowns at this point are 1) the price and 2) the intended release date. Godspeed, Pastagames. Godspeed.

Aegis Defender is a sweet looking 16-bit tower defense platformer

A lot of the time, all it takes to make an interesting game is to tweak an existing formula or to just mesh two separate mechanics and concepts together. Case in point, Aegis Defenders, a lovely looking homage to the 16-bit ...more
