Listen to Holmes sing 'God Bless the USA' in this Broforce interview

11:00 PM on 04.16.2014

Free Lives' Broforce is already out in the wild on Steam Early Access, playable to those willing to part with $14.99 in exchange for a super macho, explosion-filled action-platformer romp featuring such characters as Brommando, Rambro, and MacBrover. You either love it or you don't.

The main takeaway from this PAX East interview with artist Ruan Rothman is that even if Jonathan Holmes' voice is going out, he's still willing to sing for our listening pleasure. That's our Holmes.

There's no chance Devolver's giving out 1,000 Broforce copies

Devolver Digital is planning on giving away 1,000 copies of Broforce, "If 'Merica wins the World Cup," which is to say that Devolver Digital has absolutely no plans on giving away 1,000 copies of Broforce.  Because America sucks. more

Impressions: Broforce

Whether it's the smartass name or the numerous references to action stars, there's nothing subtle about Broforce. Then there's the seemingly never-ending barrage of explosions and showers of pixelated blood that make the stag...more

Broforce punching Steam Early Access in the face on April 7

Real bros have bald eagle tattoos and rock mutton chops. They also respect women and play Broforce, the manliest side-scroller to ever bro this side of bro. Free Lives Games' love letter to classic '80s action movies is launc...more

No Man's Sky planning 'something different' at PlayStation Experience

I played a bunch of bizarre first-person shooters so you don't have to

You remember Superhot, don't you? It's a first-person shooter in which time progresses at a normal speed only when you move. Or how about Receiver? It had somewhat realistic gun handling that made for a rewarding experience. ...more
