Like Fallout 3? You'll love this 7' 10

Standees in your rooms are kind of cool, but they're cardboard. Your visitors look at them and appreciate them, but in the end, they're disposable. What you really need is a full-blown statue to show your level of fandom and geekdom.

Skittles and toilet paper headquarters Sam's Club has the perfect item for the obsessive Fallout 3 fan: a 7' 10" tall Brotherhood of Steel statue. They only have one for sale as they worked with Bethesda to get this exclusive item.

You've got just over 13 days to put your auction bid in on this rare 121-pound beast. I actually placed a bid on it, just to see how much shipping was. Let's just say that the dollars-to-pounds ratio on this item is about 2-to-1, so keep that in mind in your budget.

Do you think you'd get any more action than you normally do for having this in your place?

[Thanks, Joe

Only if it was action with the statue. Which is fine.

We've got one of these at work. Does a grand job of scaring the bejeezus out of little kids.

I was actually supposed to get a Brotherhood of Steel figurine as a pre-order bonus with Fallout 3. But I got a message right after sending me the game, that I'd receive a Nuka Cola bottle opener instead... Shame...

Oh yeah. I'm sure the ladies would love that 7'10" metal story-piece.

I'd get it if I could wear it as armour, but even if I by some great miracle were able to fix it up to do that, I still couldn't wear it because I'm nowhere near the height of that almost eight foot mammoth.

Still epicly cool though, and I'm sure many die-hard Fallout fan's will buy them.
