LovePlus is a dating sim. I'm sure you've played a few in the genre here and there, possibly with some inappropriate images scattered within. LovePlus brings that action to the DS, sans inappropriate images. What the game lacks in anime women getting naked it makes up for with the fact that you can touch the girls with your stylus in order to woo them into giving you a kiss. Actually, that might not make up for anything considering the fact that it takes about three whole minutes of petting and pecks on the cheek to get a kiss, and even then you have to worry about the people around you breaking it up.

You can see the "action" in the video above where the fine lady being wooed signifies where she wants to be touched through her body language. Proper kisses and stroking open her up more until you get a kiss right on the lips! I can understand the draw of dating sims somewhat, but this seems like just a bit too much work that isn't fun at all in order to "conquer your foe." I've met actual girls that take less effort to get a kiss from. Then again, none of the girls from LovePlus will drug you and leave you in a hotel in Vegas for the owner to wake you up with a shotgun asking why his register is empty and if you really want your last moments on earth to be while handcuffed to a bed with loser scribbled in lipstick across your forehead.
