LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues is happening photo

Pfft, you didn't think Traveller's Tales was done pumping out LEGO-themed games, did you? Yeah, I thought so. The company's latest project (that we know about) is none other than LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues.

As expected, the game is coming to all platforms under the sun: Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, DS, PSP, and PC. LEGO Indiana Jones 2 retells all four of the films, because TT knows how much you desperately wanted to play The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull in LEGO format.

Beyond that, the only other information divulged is the ability to create in-game levels. No trailer, no screenshots, nothing. Seriously, what gives? With E3 right around the corner, you can expect to hear more in the very near future ... I get the feeling I'm going to be typing that at the end of all my posts from now on.

It's all well and good that they're covering the four films, but I think it would be better if they made they're own stories that fit into the timeline as canon.

I wholeheartedly agree with your proposition.

I'm feeling like I'd rather have a Lego Shadows of the Empire. Also, where's my Lego Robocop?

Speaking of LEGO Shia, I have to ask why a lot of people don't like Shia LaBeouf. I never understood the hate. He was the best part of Even Stevens and I always had a feeling he was going to go big. Then he started landing major film roles and I was all like, "Good for him! Good!" Is there something I missed? Does he kick kittens?

@megaStryke - I'm one of those people and I really don't know what it is with Shia LaBeouf. Just something about his presence annoys the crap out of me, no matter what the hell he stars in. I simply won't watch movies that have him in it since Transformers. That was the final straw. If there was another Lego Indiana Jones, I would simply control whatever his character is called and jump him into every hazard imaginable.

People are just jealous of Shia.

And the Lego games are great for falling asleep, its the only game I've ever played that's done that to me.

The ridiculous crystal skull plot will fit this format much better than live action. Prepare for aliens and lego fridge nuking.

this will be fun- lego IJ and SW were loads of fun lego batman was ass... I think it has to do with the enjoyment of the parodied legoized films vs. batman that was just random batman lego shit with no real story to care about.
