It looks like the rumors are true -- Warner Bros. has officially a confirmed LEGO version of The Hobbit, set for a Spring 2014 release. It'll hit the Xbox One, 360, PS4, PS3, Vita, the Wii U, 3DS, and PC/Mac platforms. In other words, it's a typical LEGO release that will most likely be ported to your refrigerator at some point.

Since the second film in the new Jackson trilogy is set for December, the new game will only include story up to that point -- so I guess a sequel is in order to finish out the narrative.
