The second downloadable content pack for Left 4 Dead, Crash Course, is coming out on September 29. It's later than what we originally heard, but not by much. The new DLC will have a new single-player campaign, a new multiplayer map and bridges the gap between the "No Mercy" and "Death Toll" scenarios. A new recharge timer for infected teammates and new behavior for item spawning is also coming along with this update.
The update will be free for PC owners and will go for 560 Microsoft points on the Xbox 360. And don't worry Left 4 Dead boycotters, more Left 4 Dead DLC is in the works.

Anyway, shame it's been delayed a bit, but L4D is hardly the kind of game that's going to die overnight while we wait the extra week.
Bill is holding some sort of MP5 variant. Does that mean we get a new weapon with the DLC? Let the speculations begin!

That would be amazing, but I doubt that would happen.
I wouldn't put much stock behind it since in the other L4D posters you can see all sorts of weapons never encountered. In the No Mercy poster Bill is holding the same pimped out Sub-Machine gun.
