Leaked Grand Theft Auto V bug log references PC version

More evidence of the long-rumored PC port of Grand Theft Auto V has appeared and, okay, can we just get an official announcement already? A leaked Rockstar bug report makes numerous references to issues specifically relating to a PC version as well as a "lastgen" toggle and DirectX 11. You can see the document for yourself over here.

Considering what modders were able to accomplish with Grand Theft Auto IV's PC release, I'd be all over this. GTA V with all the bells and whistles is something I actively want to experience.
