Woo Layton. This is easily my favorite new series, as the imported-from-Japan Layton figure on my desk will attest. I hope they get around to bringing over the movie with the game's voice acting. I don't want to watch that movie without the British Layton.
Even though I've presented both games to my sisters as birthday presents, I still have to give them a try.
I too picked up the quite excellent Layton figure while I was in Tokyo last month! And according to some banners at the London MCM expo, the English dub of the Layton movie should be in the UK by the end of the year. Better have the game voice cast in it, I'm hoping.
Now if I can just finish the bonus puzzles in Pandora's Box before this new one comes out...

@Antony_256: I wonder the same thing. My only guess is that the localization requires quite a bit of work. Recording actors for new voices, but especially the puzzles themselves. In some of them, there are cultural differences and puns that cannot be translated 1:1 to English, so new ones must be created.
Still, I wouldn't think it'd take that long to do. I mean, I thought this was a pretty successful series for Nintendo of America.

I like the "Pandora's Box" title from the Japanese release. Still, Layton is amazing and I'll definitely get this game.
