Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard is generating a good deal of excitement simply for the fact that it's a gamer's game. Whether or not it'll be any good -- and it looks about as technically accomplished as other D3 games -- doesn't seem to matter. It's got an incredibly inventive premise and seems to be funny. That's all that matters.

I think I'm gonna do it. I'm taking a leap of faith on this game. Even if it DOES suck, you still have the humor. So long as I can find time between Killzone2 matches, I think this is a day one purchase for me.
I just loved that SEXUALLY AMBIGUOUS was listed as a feature. In big letters, no less. Square has been using that as a marketing tool for years. Sure, they were shy about it, never called it what it was. Matt Hazard raises the bar, maybe we've entered the post sexually ambiguous villain era!
Other than that, it looks like every other 3rd person shooter, except with COMEDY!
