Nintendo's next download gift for Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver will be obtainable very soon. How does this weekend sound? From July 31 to August 27, North American and PAL players will have the chance to grab the Enigma Stone via Wi-Fi.
With this item, HeartGold owners can catch Latios and SoulSilver owners can catch Latias. Additionally, the Enigma Stone will allow us to get the Soul Dew. Disclaimer: you need to have beaten the Elite Four, claimed the National Pokedex, and own two or fewer Wonder Cards to take part in this.
Not my most-wanted Pokemon by any means, but I'll take them. These cursed giveaways always end in me getting sucked back into the game, which isn't entirely a bad thing. Although, my in-game hour count would probably disagree.

And when in god's name are we gonna get the Celebi?! The on that actually has an impact on the game's story?
There's a dude on twitter who periodically gives away the event pokemon using an exploit in the GTS, I don't think he has his server up right now, but I have an extra Celebi from the 13th movie in Japan it might unlock the event in HG/SS I'm not sure though, I also have extras of the legendary dogs that unlock the Zoruark event in Black/White if you want one of those.
We've had since early march to beat the Elite Four and claim the National Pokedex, so it shouldn't be a problem for most.
