What I really want is to see how the PS3 version will look and will it have incredible graphics with no slow down.
I'm extremely excited for RAGE. I'm not looking at any videos but will wait for the review. Can't for Quake V and Doom IV :-) .

After the vid I feel RAGE is looking so good and will distinguish itself mostly because of the combat imo. I feel the current breed of post-apocalyptic shooter falls short in those areas with a lot of poor animations and AI.
If they'd finally dropthe fucking gamebryo engine from 6 years ago, and build a fresh fallout without the torturous bugs and glitches I'd be happy.... but thiswill tide me over until such time.

It seems to me that if you you want to make a post apocalyptic game then there has to be a powerful group with high tech weaponry. Fallout has the Enclave, Boarderlands has the Crimson Lance and Rage has the Authority

It looks pretty graphically but I just can't get excited for a game that looks like a prettier Fallout/Borderlands.
Why does it have to come out on Dark Souls day? Oh well...I'll probably pick both up but nothing will keep me from DS.
At first, it remembered me of Borderlands. A LOT. But then I though, "hey, let's not make assumptions".
I genuinely hope this is a triumphant return of ID to making the best FPS games all around.
Not that the last ones weren't good but... well, this seems like it's going to be one of the best games this year, and we have a really strong competition.

This game looks lovely. Am digging what I see of the combat, hope the story and characters are badass too.
Although comparing it to other FPS is just a standard thing we do. It looks and feels nothing like Fallout or Borderlands.
I am a fan of both games. But From the videos I've seen I think the experience is going to be the best with Rage.
The detail in Rage is what excites me. And who doesn't like upgrade systems? The animation and graphics look really good. And really unique. One of the more diverse looking games this generation. I can't see this game sucking. But I don't think it will do well over all.
