Infinity Ward has revealed the latest trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and as expected, it's absolutely epic.
But there's something in this trailer -- a pretty big reveal -- that you might not have been expecting. We're not going to tell you what it is. Just watch the trailer, then discuss this in our comments. And no, we're not talking about the fact that it ends with the Xbox 360 logo; the game is still multiplatform, as far as we know. That's a good thing, because we wouldn't want anyone to miss out.

Ah well, I'm still hoping for a big twist at the end of the game where it is revealed that Captain Price now heads an undercover terrorist unit, and was actually the one behind the events of CoD4 and Modern Warfare 2. You heard it here first =D
I had no such problem. And feel free to calm down. You're killing our collective buzz. The new trailer was anticipated to have a big reveal. It did. It's certainly news to me.
As for me, consider my interest piqued. I'm interested to see if the campaign is as good as its predecessor's.
Seriously, I really want to play that scenario. Consider the internet to be ablaze with this news.

That said, this game looks gorgeous. 4 Was amazing, and IW is looking to make this one even more shocking and amazing then anything was in 4.
The graphics, the game play that has been revealed all seem to be leading to another stellar game. I can't wait to geek out over this one again when I pick it up!

Left 4 Dead too, I have not been much into it for some reason but its still fun.
I cleared Phoenix Wright on Monday morning, and now I am making my way further through Contact. this game is so damn interesting, i will try making a reveiw when I finish.
Oh yeah, also received Mirror's Edge from the mail several days ago. This game is pretty addictive, it gets a bit frustrating but i enjoy progressing, it feels like being in an action film.
And to those idiots boycotting/bitching that you should buy used, remember this: INFINITY WARD IS NOT ACTIVISION

I'm also allowed to have an opinion that your opinion's silly. COD5 was ok. But it's so recycled. One reviewer said it was more of a WWII greatest hits collection than fresh and new content(agreed). I'm not saying the game didn't have it's moments (most of the Russian story was good.) The online was just COD4 with a WWII skin and labyrinthine maps. Nazi zombies, however, was the shit.
Unimportant though. Everyone has their preferences.
Anyway... I'm very much hoping that the Obama punching a zombie pic is realized in this game. This is the only chance we'll ever get, I believe... even though the zombies mode was probably canned.
Still buying it though... I think.
I'm going to purchase Modern Warfare 2. It might be used, it might be brand new. Hell, I might even be pressured to buy the goggles package (although, I'd be hard-pressed to find a logical reason to do that, other than for novelty). Never the less, this trailer strengthened my hopes for this game to being quite good. Possibly better than the first.

i myself avoid WalMart as much as possible, and understand the idea of the big evil corporation boycott.
but c'mon. this is videogames. it is not like Infinity Ward is working minimum wage no overtime pay and no benefits. Is not like they enslave workers to mine out a rare videogame, or have little kids falling asleep at their dev-tool kits.
if there is really cause to boycott a videogame production company,than you may as well be boycotting SOny, Microsoft, Nintendo, ATI... and so on.
