You thought Sega and Creative Assembly's sequel to Shogun: Total War was about samurai? Hah! You thought wrong. It's actually about an amnesiac boy with great hair that happens upon a weapon with great power, and embarks on an epic journey to save the world from a mysterious evil. Naw, I'm kidding, it's about samurai. Just not the Sengoku BASARA or Samurai Warriors samurai, just plain-old historical samurai, roughly from the 15th century onwards. Why not start at the 10th century, around the time when the word "samurai" was actually coined, you ask?
