A phony tipster sent in a clearly Photoshopped accessory (weird crop marks, improper use of logo kerning typography, cheesy guassian blur effects on the reflection, not snobby enough approach, etc.) external DVD accessory to the Nintendo Wii. Although extremely unlikely, could you imagine if they named the accessory the Wii-d? You can can see the stoners making the rounds now ... "Dude come over I've just bought some white glowing Wiiiiiiid!" The thing just looks like a George Foreman of the future, which I suppose could give the PS3 a run of their money. Obviously nobody bought it and
Crecente gave them the news finger, reminding the yokel that Nintendo denounced the DVD bandwagon. Gotta get up pretty early in the morning to fool us bloggers, yup! But wait, I have breaking news as well! Behold!
Here's the real news -- my Ferrari-driving ninja cousin's ex-girlfriend's shadowpuppet's niece works at Nintendo and she just leaked this exclusive rendering of Nintendo's Integrated Bathroom Strategy -- The Wiif. Not only does it blow hot air, it allows you to melt your UMDs while you're taking a dump using a "laser." Microsoft better get on the ball.
