SUNSET RIDERS! Do it now. Zombies Ate My Neighbors, Tiny Toon Adventures and The REAL Turtles in Time would be nice. Hyperstone Heist would be great too.
Policenauts with the fan translation. Like they couldn't do it.
Other than that, it has to be Sunset Riders and Vendetta.

Sunset Riders/Mystic Warriors - A double of these would be amazing!

It blows my mind that Konami has held out on cashing in on that AMAZING Simpsons game all these years. Seriously, I think there was a crappy PC port back in the day and THAT'S IT! It's criminal! I still pump quarters into it whenever I come upon it at a pizza place or arcade.
The Simpsons Arcade Game, please. Man, I can imagine a remake, with improved graphics and cut scenes using animation straight from the show. Ah, that would be amazing. Also, Super Castlevania IV with trophy support. That would be super nice. Please, Konami. Please.

The Suikoden series, Gradius series(including Life Force,the Parodius series and Otomedius games not already coming to the West),the Contra series(NES/SNES versions,that is) Policenauts and Snatcher are the Konami Classics that I would like to become available for download on whatever any system has got.
They already put Rush N' Attack,Yie-Ar Kung Fu and Contra arcade on XBLA and PSN even though nobody asked them to. They'd have little to lose by placing the rest of their library that people actually want to play on those services to make up for their losses incurred from those missteps.

The Adventures Of Batman And Robin, and Batman Returns!! Had many a good time with those on the ol SNES.
I want almost everything my fellow D-toiders are asking for, as long as we're getting the original games and not any awful remakes like Turtles in Time was subjected to.
Simpsons Arcade - Seriously. It would be amazing if they announced this at Comic-Con, like w/ X-Men last year.
Gradius & Parodious - More shmups for XBLA/PSN would be awesome.
